Report: Danilo Gallinari to sign three-year deal with Atlanta Hawks in free agency

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Danilo Gallinari is reportedly on the move after agreeing to a three-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Gallinari's deal is reportedly worth $61.5 million over the course of the contract, with Woj reporting that the deal is the most-ever for a player over 30 without an All-Star appearance.

The 32-year-old enjoyed a productive season with the Thunder, averaging 18.7 points and 5.2 rebounds per game on 43.8% shooting from the field and 40.5% from the 3-point line and gives the rising Hawks team a reliable veteran in the frontcourt.

The Hawks entered free agency with $44 million in cap space and are sure to continue making moves in free agency as they look to make it back to the playoffs after a three-year absence.

Deals can only be agreed upon in principle until Nov. 22 at 10:30 p.m. (IST) when they can be signed and made official.
