Biggest storylines

Preseason game winners!!

Day 11 of the preseason provided not one, but TWO game winners!

First, it was Jeff Dowtin Jr. who hit this turnaround to lift the Orlando Magic over the Boston Celtics.

Then, Jeremy Lamb sunk this jumpers with just over three seconds left to lift the Pacer to a win over Memphis.

Dallas won by how many point?!?

The answer is 68 points. That's not a typo. The Dallas Mavericks buried the Charlotte Hornets 127-59.

Scoring 61 points in the first half and 66 in the second, the poiint total for each half topped the four quarter output of the Hornets.

Charlotte were without Gordon Hayward, Terry Rozier and Kelly Oubre Jr. for the night.

Tim Hardaway Jr. top scored for Dallas with 20 points, while Luka Doncic continued to ramp up towards the regular season and finished with 10 points and eight assists in 25 minutes.

Giannis continues build toward opening night

Featuring in his second game this preseason, Giannis Antetokounmpo showed no signs of rust.

The Finals MVP dropped 21 points in 21 minutes, looking unstoppable at times while finishing 9-for-12 from the field.

Of course he had the usual array of dunks, but he also added a series of jump shots, including a step back from mid range, a fadeaway from the free-throw line and two makes from beyond the arc.

Antetokounmpo missed the first two preseason games with left knee soreness and did admit to reporters that he has still been feeling pain in his knee after a sever hyperextension in the Eastern Conference Finals.

So far, he looks pretty good. Antetokounmpo sat out the final quarter of an entertaining game in Utah with the Jazz taking the 124-120 win.
