The 3BL continues to help the basketball format of 3x3 grow in the country.

From the 10th to 16th June, the 3BL is hosting a FIBA 3x3 skill development camp for kids (boys and girls) under the age of 17.

Kids at the camp get to learn from among the best in the business, members of the Delhi 3BL team - Inderbir Singh Gill, Kiran Shastri, Bikramjit Gill, Amjyot Singh Gill, and Rohit Bakshi (3BL Commissioner and former 3x3 player).

That's not all. As the post suggests, the kids also stand a chance to get a full scholarship to play and study in Japan.

This isn't the first time, the country's first and only FIBA recognized 3x3 pro basketball league has helped promote the format among youngsters.

In December last year, they began the 3BL Juniors initiative, a program to create more awareness about the game and the 3x3 format among the youth of the country.

"We wanted to give the kids an idea of what everything would look like if they wished to become a professional player in the future," 3BL Commissioner Rohit Bakshi said about the initiative in an interview with NBA.com/India in January.
