He poured in a season-high 36 points, eight assists and five rebounds on 14-of-27 from the field and 5-of-9 from beyond the arc, registering his third 30-point game of the season and the 94th of his career.

Despite playing without five regular rotation players in Chris Paul (right hamstring soreness), Jae Crowder (right foot soreness), Abdel Nader (ankle), Dario Saric (ankle) and Cameron Payne (foot) as well as playing on the second night of a back-to-back, Booker made his intentions clear from the jump, exploding for 17 points in the first quarter alone on 7-of-10 shooting.

"You don't see anybody crying about minutes. Everyone's coming to work with their head down, ready to get to work. That's the culture around here," Booker said post-game .

After going scoreless in the second quarter, Booker scored 19 points in the second half, including 10 in the fourth quarter, knocking down tough shot after tough shot.

With the win, the Suns are now 14-9 on the season after their third-straight win, sitting fourth in the Western Conference. Last season they didn't get their 14th win until game 37.

Deandre Ayton added 15 points and 16 rebounds, while Mikal Bridges chipped in 22 points and E'Twaun Moore 17, starting in place of Paul at point guard.

After missing his first six 3-point attempts, Cam Johnson knocked down two huge triples in the fourth quarter, with his second giving the Suns the lead for good at 114-113 with 2:04 remaining.

The Suns will look to extend their win streak to four games, when they host the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday.
