After a great second half to his second season in the NBA G-League, Amjyot Singh was back in India and was ready to get back to playing some 3x3 basketball with some former teammates.

Although Singh officially announced it in an Instagram live with the 3x3BL on Friday, he had indicated his intentions of doing so in a chat with NBA.com earlier in the year.

Grouped in Pool D with Jingjiang (China) and Ralja Intergalactic (Serbia) at the 2019 FIBA 3x3 Fountask Nanjing Challenger, Delhi 3BL went 1-1. They defeated Jingjiang 22-14 but just came up short against the Ralja Intergalactic 18-21.

Finishing second in the pool, Amjyot and Delhi 3BL qualified to the quarterfinals and were set to face Beijing South, a team that topped Pool B.

Delhi bowed down to their opponents 21-14 in this QF clash and finished as the eighth-ranked team in the tournament.

Amjyot made his return to 3x3 basketball after quite a while.

In the three games, Singh finished with 15 points going 10-of-12 on 1-point baskets.
