"We talked to several agents, but the family had good vibes with Roc Nation," Jackson said. "I've known Jay-Z since I played for the Knicks, but this is what the kids wanted to do. Jay-Z is a master at what he does. He's global. It's power beyond power."
Roc Nation Sports is a division of Jay-Z's music management company, which launched in 2013, representing several high profile athletes, including NBA players Kyrie Irving, Spencer Dinwiddie, Rudy Gay, Danny Green and Markelle Fultz.
The Ball brothers will primarily be represented by agent Raymond Brothers.

The Ball brothers were previously represented by CAA, parting ways with the major agency in March this year.
As LaMelo Ball continues his preparations for the upcoming 2020 NBA Draft, where he is widely expected to be a top 5 pick, Roc Nation will be responsible for managing the brothers marketing, including negotiating a sneaker contract for LaMelo, who is widely sought after as one of the next best young players in the NBA.
"He's still wide open," Jackson said. "He hasn't signed with anyone. Everyone is kicking in the door. Melo is open to whatever. With this pandemic going on, we don't know what things are going to look like."
