Over the past week (Jul. 10-16), ever since the trailer and title track for the Bollywood movie 'Dil Bechara' released, NBA Legend Reggie Miller has received a lot of love from the Indian Basketball community, specifically on Instagram.
Why, you ask?
All through the title track of the movie, the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the lead in 'Dil Bechara', is seen performing in Reggie Miller's #31 Indiana Pacers jersey.
Ekalavyas, among the most popular basketball media houses in India, posted a short clip of the track on their Instagram account and put out a rallying cry to tag the Hall of Famer in the comments section in an attempt to catch his attention.
The plan worked. Miller noticed and responded - "He stole my moves."
Once he learned of the actor's untimely demise last month, the Pacers legend paid tribute to Rajput with this reply to his own comment - "His memory and these moves will live on, Gone But Not Forgotten.."
