India win 2019 U16 SABA Basketball Championship; qualify for next month's FIBA U16 Asia Cup

Going unbeaten, the Indian boys won the U16 FIBA South Asian Basketball Association (SABA) Basketball Championship.

Going 4-0, the Indians ensured a direct qualification to next month's FIBA U16 Asia Cup in Beijing.

Here's a quick look at the scores through all four games:

India 103-28 Nepal

India 95-8 Bangladesh

India 108-9 Maldives

India 72-41 Sri Lanka.

Of these seven NBA Academy student-athletes, three boys (Pranav Prince, Achintya Krishna, and Lokendra Singh), a few days later, will represent NBA Academy India at the Academy Games in Atlanta.
