Lakers' LeBron James ruled out for today's game against the Warriors due to 'load management'

LeBron James has been ruled out of today's blockbuster clash against the Golden State Warriors, due to 'load management', as first reported by Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.

After missing 17 games with a groin injury, which he suffered against the Warriors on Christmas Day, James returned to the hardwood in Friday's 123-120 overtime win over the Los Angeles Clippers, pouring in 24 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists, in 40 minutes of action.

After a big night at STAPLES Center, James and the Lakers are being cautious in managing his return to the lineup, with James telling reporters post-game: "I'm not feeling particularly great right now."

"I'm not there all the way, as far as physically," James added. My timing, like I said is 80 percent right now, but it felt good to be 80 and be back on the floor and put on a Lakers' uniform again."

This season James is averaging 27.2 points, 8.5 rebounds and 7.2 assists, with the Lakers currently sitting in ninth place in the Western Conference.
