"What more can I say about my city!" he tweeted. "You guys made me the man I am today! Memphis is home. Always! 🙌🏾 🙌🏾 ..Time for another chapter! Excited to give all I have to The Jazz and Salt Lake City! 😁#LetsGetIt #GodsPlan #takenote 💪🏾"

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Jazz will send Grayson Allen, Kyle Korver, Jae Crowder and two first-round picks - the No. 23 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, plus a protected 2020 first-round pick - to the Memphis Grizzlies for Conley.

The deal will be completed on July 6, Wojnarowski added.

The Grizzlies selected Conley with the No. 4 pick in the 2007 NBA Draft. According to Basketball Reference, he leaves as the franchise's leader in games played, points, assists, steals, 3-point field goal makes and attempts, field goal attempts and offensive win shares.

With Conley on board, the Jazz have the potential to move up the Western Conference standings next season and cement themselves as legitimate contenders.
