Before Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the NBA unveiled the finalists for Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year, Sixth Man of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Most Improved Player and Coach of the Year.

The winner for each award will be announced at the 2019 NBA Awards on Monday, June 24.

In the lead-up to the event, our Global NBA.com Staff revealed their picks for each award - though it's worth noting that none of these counted as official votes.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Lou Williams and Luka Doncic were popular choices in their respective categories, but there were still some disagreements.
