Murray piles up the dimes in a win over Dallas
Jamal Murray unloaded a career-high 15 assists to lead the Denver Nuggets to a 126-118 win over the Dallas Mavericks at the Pepsi Center for their fourth win in a row.
Murray added 22 points and seven rebounds on the night, getting his teammates going early with 13 assists coming in the first half.

With the game in the balance in the third quarter, Denver made thier move, going on a 14-0 in the last 3:54 of the quarter to take a 10-point lead into the fourth. Dallas hit back, with a 9-2 run to open the quarter, but the Nuggets found an exta gear, thanks largely to Murray who went from facilitator to scorer down the stretch, scoring of seven points in the final 3:21 to ice the game.
Nikola Jokic was a force all night for the Nuggets, pouring in 32 points, 16 rebounds and four assists in a tough battle with DeAndre Jordan (11 points, 12 rebounds), with Denver dominating inside, outscoring Dallas in the paint 64-44.
Mavs rookie Luka Doncic also posted a career-high in assists, with 12 assists to go with 23 points. Harrison Barnes led the Mavs with 30 points.
Nance Jr. comes up clutch against Pacers
Larry Nance Jr. was in the right place at the right time, getting the putback to go at the buzzer to snatch the 92-91 win over the Indiana Pacers.

In the back-and-forth affair, Indiana took a six-point lead with 3:31 remaining in the fourth, but faltered down the stretch, with Victor Oladipo missing a pair of free throws to give the Cavs a chance.
Rodney Hood went down the other end and got off a mid-range jumper, with his shot bouncing high off the rim, leaving Nance Jr to do the rest.
Six Cavs players scored in double figures in the night, with Hood leading the way with 17. Nance Jr finished with 15 points, 16 rebounds, six assists and three steals as the Cavs move to 8-23 on the season.
Russell steps up against Lakers
Former Laker D'Angelo Russell haunted his former team, with a powerhouse performance at Barclays Center to lead the Brooklyn Nets to a 115-110 win.
Russell had 22 points and 13 assists on the night, knocking down four three-pointers, none bigger than this late dagger to ice the game.

After a back-and-forth first half, Brooklyn took a 100-87 lead in the fourth quarter on a Spencer Dinwiddie bucket, with the Lakers hitting right back on a run of their own to cut the lead to 104-102 on a Kyle Kuzma three-pointer. Lonzo Ball and Jared Dudley then traded buckets to set up a big finish, but it was Russell who had the last laugh, draining the three-pointer to stretch the lead to six points with 22.1 seconds left.
Ball put in one of his strongest performances of the season with 23 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals, while Kuzma added 22 points and 11 rebounds. LeBron James led the way for LA with 36 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists.
The Nets have now won six games in a row, their longest streak since 2014/15.
Lin takes over fourth quarter
Jeremy Lin scored 12 of his 16 points in the fourth qaurter to guide the Atlanta Hawks to a 118-110 win over the Washiington Wizards
With the scored tied at 82-82 after the third, Lin came to life, slicing through the Wizards defence at will, getting to the rim again and again.

Seven Hawks scored in double figures as they snapped their three-game skid, with John Collins posting 20 points and 13 rebounds, while rookie Trae Young added 19 points of his own.
Bradley Beal led the Wizards with 29 points and 11 rebounds as they move to 12-19 on the season.
