Vince Carter not considering retirement, looking to play one more season

#Vince

He's known as Half-Man, Half-Amazing and it looks like Vince Carter isn't done with the NBA just yet.

The 42-year-old Carter, currently in his 21st season in the league, spoke about his time in the league on ESPN's Pardon the Interruption and revealed his future plans.

Carter was asked at what age he plans on retiring from the NBA and the league icon was quick to reply with the simply answer of "43".

"I think I could stretch it out one more," he said.

"At the end of the year, I usually assess from top to bottom to see how I'm feeling. And, obviously, opportunity - when the phone call rings and teams show interest, that's a good thing."

Currently with the Atlanta Hawks, his eighth team in the NBA, Carter is averaging 7.1 points per game in an average of 16.6 minutes off the bench.

The eight-time NBA All-Star is also shooting a career-high 40.9% on three-pointers.

"Me, personally, I think I could give it another year, so why not?" Carter said.

"We'll see what happens."
