Kyle Lowry has passed DeMar DeRozan to become the all-time leading scorer in Raptors' postseason history.

With 1:46 left in the second quarter, Lowry drained a 27-foot step-back 3-pointer to tie the game and pass his former teammate.

Entering the game, Lowry needed nine points to pass DeRozan. He finished with 17 and is now averaging 19.6 points per game in this series.

In his first postseason run with the team, Leonard is already just 11 points shy of passing Jonas Valanciunas for the third-most points in Raptors postseason history.

Pascal Siakam and Serge Ibaka are also on the verge of passing franchise icon Vince Carter. Siakam is just one point shy of Carter, who appeared in 15 playoff games for the Raptors.
