The Toronto Raptors defeated the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals to advance to the NBA Finals, where they'll take on the two-time defending champion Golden State Warriors.

Kawhi Leonard was spectacular once again for the Raptors, leading them to victory with 27 points, 17 rebounds and seven assists. He got some much-needed help from Pascal Siakam, Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet, who combined to score 49 points.

The four of them helped the Raptors overcome a balanced scoring effort from the Bucks, as six players scored in double figures.

With it being a historic event, a number of current and former NBA players took to social media after the game to congratulate the Raptors on making the Finals for the first time in franchise history...

The 2019 NBA Finals begins on Thursday, May 30.
