The team, the fans and the entire city of Toronto celebrated the victory in a big way, proving that it's more than just a hockey town.

Take a look at some of the sights and sounds from the Raptors' series-clinching win to reach The Finals!

Before the clock hit zero, Kyle Lowry was already soaking in an incredible moment as he helped the franchise make history after seven seasons with the team.

And here's the video that brings that photo to life:

Once the buzzer sounded, the fans that waited for 10 hours to get into Jurassic Park let loose.

While inside the arena, the team and fans were having a celebration of their own. Of course, the Raptors' Global Ambassador and superfan Drake was hyped.

He also shared moments with head coach Nick Nurse and superstar Kawhi Leonard.

But before the celebration really got underway, Kawhi Leonard made sure to give props to the battle he had with Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The Raptors then got their chance to celebrate and hoist the Eastern Conference Championship Trophy. Leonard heard a loud eruption of rightfully deserved MVP chants from the home crowd.

Leonard gave all the praise to his teammates but remains focused on the task at hand - trying to defeat the Golden State Warriors.

Lowry got his chance to hold the trophy he's worked so hard for in trying to bring the Raptors to The Finals. He raised the trophy as red confetti rained down on him.

And he had nothing but praise for "the best fans in the world."

The trophy was last seen in a comfortable place, sitting on the chair in front of Kawhi's locker.

It was a night that the team and the entire country of Canada will not forget for a long time.

Next stop - the NBA Finals.
