NBA Playoffs 2019: Toronto Raptors' Danny Green confident despite 2-0 deficit: 'It's not a series until somebody wins on the road'

The Toronto Raptors find themselves with a 2-0 series deficit against the Milwaukee Bucks after a lacklustre 125-103 loss in Game 2.

Kawhi Leonard led the Raptors with 31 points, however his fellow starters struggled offensively with Kyle Lowry (15 points), Danny Green (8), Pascal Siakam (8) and Marc Gasol (2) combining to shoot 11-of-37 from the field (29.7%).

While Giannis and the Bucks looked close to their best in Game 2, Toronto's Danny Green remains confident the Raptors can bounce back once they get onto their home floor.

"They did what they're supposed to do," Green said post-game via TSN Sports' Josh Lewenberg‏. There's still a lot of basketball left.

"We've got two at home now and we've got to protect our home court. It's not a series until somebody wins on the road. By any means we're not doubting ourselves, we're not getting discouraged."

While the Raptors will expect a much-improved performance in front of their home fans, coming back from 2-0 down is no easy feat, with just seven percent of teams down 2-0 having coming back to win the series.

"Reasons like tonight are why we're so disappointed we let Game 1 slip away," Green added.

"With how they shot the ball we knew that was our chance to get them while they were rusty. They weren't going to shoot that poorly two games in a row."

The Raptors led by seven points in the fourth quarter of Game 1, before going cold down the stretch, letting a golden opportunity slip by.

Will they be able to bounce back in Game 3?
