At the end of a competitive overtime battle in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the fifth-seeded Miami Heat came out on top. The victory came courtesy of Bam Adebayo's clutch block on the game's leading scorer in Jayson Tatum (30 points).

That block gave the Heat a 1-0 series lead in their first Conference Finals appearance since 2014.
