The Golden State Warriors are now just two games away from clinching the #1 seed in the Western Conference after their wire-to-wire win over the shorthanded Los Angeles Lakers. 

DeMarcus Cousins continued his recent form with 21 points and 10 rebounds, making it back-to-back 20 and 10 games. Cousins shot 9-of-17 from the floor, including 3-of-7 from three, outmuscling the Lakers in the paint.


The Warriors were in control from the jump, racing out to a 39-12 lead after the first quarter and they never looked back, extending the lead t as many as 34 in the second half.

Steph Curry (7 points) and Klay Thompson (11) shot a combined 6-of-25 from the field, with Quin Cook chipping in 18 points off the bench. 

Curry added 10 rebounds and seven assists on the night, none better than this no-look behind-the-back dime to Durant from half-court for the jam.


Cleveland Cavaliers 104, Sacramento Kings 117

The Sacramento Kings (39-40) have their highest win total since they last made the playoffs in 2006, cruising past the Cleveland Cavaliers at home. 

Buddy Hield had 23 points, while De'Aaron Fox added a 16-point, 10-assist double-double as the Kings handed the Cavs their seventh loss in a row.


 
Hield shook off a slow start shooting the ball, finishing with five three-pointers on the night. He needs just six more triples to break Damian Lillard’s NBA record for the most three-pointers in player's first three seasons (599).

“I wanted to break it tonight,” Hield said post-game. “I’m blessed. A kid from the Bahamas, I never thought in a million years that I would be doing this. I mean, I thought I would be doing this, but to be here on the highest level of basketball, it’s a great accomplishment.”

Cavaliers' rookie point guard Collin Sexton led the Cavs with 19 points, joining LeBron James and Ron Harper on the Cavs' list of rookies to score 1,300 points. 

Milwaukee Bucks 128, Philadelphia 76ers 122

That's what it came down to in Philly, with the two All-Stars putting on a show. 

Antetokounmpo poured in 45 points, 13 rebounds, six assists and FIVE blocks in the win, while Embiid finished with his second triple-double of the season with 34 points, 13 rebounds, 13 assists, three blocks and two steals as the 76ers slumped to their third-straight loss.


The pair went back and forth all game, but after and Embiid three-pointer put the 76ers up seven, the Bucks began to slowly chp away at the lead, tying things up at 119-119 with 1:24 remaining. 

The Bucks then went on an 8-0 run to ice the game and clinch homecourt for the entire playoffs, with their league-best 59th win of the season.
