Game of the Night

Despite missing LeBron James, the Lakers battled hard but they simply had no answer for a masterful showcase from the reigning NBA Finals MVP in Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak went off, scoring a season-high 47 points with superhuman efficiency in the team's 109-102 victory.

It helped the Bucks overcome strong performances from three players on the Lakers in Talen Horton-Tucker (25 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, two steals), Anthony Davis (18 points, nine rebounds, four assists) and Russell Westbrook (19 points, 15 assists).

The marquee contest between the last two NBA champions saw no team running away with it, witnessing 15 lead changes and six ties.

Highlight of the Night

We've witnessed 'attempted lobs' going into the basket but from HALFCOURT?

Tyler Herro did just that, obviously not on purpose. Just a case of 'Bad pass but great shot'.

A masterful season-high performance from Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak erupted for 47 points on a super-efficient 18-of-23 shooting from the field while also recording nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and a block in 36 minutes of action.

He knocked down a season-high three 3-pointers on just four attempts, helping the Bucks win their marquee matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.
