The ninth day of this year's Las Vegas Summer League brought the start of the playoffs, with the top eight teams squaring off.
There were also four consolation games played between eight of the teams that failed to make the playoffs. New York's R.J. Barrett stole the show from that round of games with a near triple-double, totaling 21 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds in a Knicks win.

Memphis Grizzlies 94, Boston Celtics 88
Grizzlies: Brandon Clarke - 18 points (8-14 FG), 12 rebounds, three blocks
Celtics: Carsen Edwards - 25 points (9-23 FG, 6-14 3PT), eight rebounds, one assist
Brandon Clarke capped off a big game with a putback in the closing seconds to secure the victory for the Grizzlies.

Clarke's double-double and clutch play helped the Grizzlies overcome a game-high 25 points from Carsen Edwards, handing the Celtics their first loss of Summer League.
New Orleans Pelicans 101, Miami Heat 100 (OT)
Pelicans: Nickeil Alexander-Walker - 34 points (9-21 FG, 5-12 3PT), five rebounds, five assists
Heat: Duncan Robinson - 26 points (9-21 FG, 4-12 3PT), eight rebounds, three assists
Nickeil Alexander-Walker continued his strong play, this time with 34 points to punch the Pelicans' ticket to the semifinals. He got to the free throw line at will, knocking down 11 of his 14 attempts from the charity stripe.

Brooklyn Nets 105, Detroit Pistons 85
Nets: Jarrett Allen - 30 points (11-15 FG), 11 rebounds, two blocks
Pistons: Khyri Thomas - 15 points (7-18 FG), five rebounds, two assists
The Nets cruised to a victory behind a 30-point, 11-rebound double-double from third-year centre Jarrett Allen.

Brooklyn also got a scoring punch off the bench from Isaia Cordinier to the tune of 20 points.
It was a struggle for the Pistons, who shot 39.8 percent from the field and 25.7 percent from 3-point range as a team.
Minnesota Timberwolves 108, Dallas Mavericks 82
Timberwolves: Kelan Martin - 23 points (8-14 FG, 5-9 3PT), five rebounds, one block
Mavericks: Antonius Cleveland - 17 points (7-17 FG), six rebounds, one assist
It was the Kelan Martin show in this one, as the forward hit five 3-pointers en route to 23 points.
