In Game 1 of the 2013 Conference Semifinals against the Memphis Grizzlies, Kevin Durant took over down the stretch!

Durant recorded 35 points on the night, including 12 of the Thunder's final 18 points, with the Grizzlies unable to stop him getting to his spots.

With the Thunder trailing by one point in the final minute, Derek Fisher stole the ball from Mike Conley Jr. and Durant did the rest, draining the pull-up jumper with 11.1 seconds to put the Thunder up one.

Reggie Jackson's free throws extended the lead with 2.0 seconds remaining to seal 93-91 win.

"I just wanted to get up the floor as quick as possible and find a shot," Durant said post-game. "That was the only shot I could find and, by the grace of God, it went in."

Watch the game below:

Durant added 15 rebounds, six assists, and two blocks on the night, while Kevin Martin chipped in 25 points off the bench.

OKC's glory was short-lived as the Grizzlies won the next four games to advance to the Western Conference Finals, before being swept by the San Antonio Spurs .
