Before they were the Heatles, winning titles together in Miami, Dwyane Wade and LeBron James went toe-to-toe in some historic performances while James was a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers - none better than this offensive explosion in 2006.
In April, the Cavaliers secured a 106-99 win at home over the Heat, with James pouring in 47 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists, while Wade recorded a season-high 44 points, eight rebounds, nine assists, and two steals.
The back-and-forth battle between the two young stars wowed the crowd with electrifying plays, highlight-reel dunks and a one-on-one matchup for the ages as the pair spent stretches guarding each other.
"People got a view of absolute greatness," Heat coach Pat Riley said. "It's absolutely beyond description. I haven't seen players do that in a long, long time."

The win was Cleveland's seventh in a row, with James averaging 40.4 points over their past five games.
Cleveland trailed for most of the second half, before outscoring the Heat 37-26 in the fourth quarter. Wade outscored James 21-18 in the final frame and had Miami's final 12 points but it wasn't enough as the Cavs completed the comeback.
With 1:13 remaining, James put the Cavs in front 101-99 on a dunk and they held the lead the rest of the way.
"It's probably the best matchup I've been in," Wade said. "It was great for the game. It was two young guys trying to propel their teams to a win. I had fun. I know he had fun."
This was one of two games where Wade and James scored at least 40 points, with James winning both contests. In 2009, James scored 42 points and Wade 41 in a 107-100 Cavaliers win in Miami.
"We have love for each other. We are great friends," James said. "I told him to keep doing what he was doing for his team, and he said the same to me. We love competing against one another."
