In Game 5 of the 2016 Western Conference Semifinals, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson put on a show to book the Warriors' place in the Western Conference Finals for the second-straight season.

Thompson led the way with 33 points on 6-of-9 shooting from deep, while Curry added 29 points and 11 assists, on 5-of-11 from the three-point line.

Just a day after being named the first unanimous MVP in NBA history, Curry sealed the 125-121 win with a dagger three with 24 seconds remaining to put the Dubs up by five and buried four free throws down the stretch to ice the win.

Curry scored 14 of his 29 points in the fourth quarter, including the Warriors' final seven points in the final 24 seconds.

“It’s what you practice for every day and go through the regular season to be in those kind of moments,” Curry said. “Just let your mind be free, have confidence and try to knock down the shot and make a play.”

The Warriors went on to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder in the next round, before losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals in seven games.
