NBL Canada Playoffs 2019: Satnam Singh and St. John's Edge win series-clinching Game 6, advance to the NBL Canada Finals

After consecutive losses in Games 3 & 4, the St. John's Edge win a pivotal Game 5 on the road and then clinched the Central Division Championship with a Game 6 victory. 

Satnam Singh, who scored his only 2 points of the series in Game 5, will make the Finals of the league in just his season with the franchise. 

Here are all the results of the Central Division Finals series: 

Game 1: KW Titans 94-101 St. John's Edge

Satnam Singh in the Division Semifinals

With a 9-point win in the decisive Game 5, the St. John's Edge advanced past the Sudbury Five winning 3-2 in their 5-game Central Division Semifinal series. 

In the 5-game series, Indian Satnam Singh took the floor twice - Game 2 and Game 3. 

In Game 2, Singh took to the court in the last couple of minutes of the first half and did a little bit of everything. He recorded two points, 1 rebound (offensive) and 1 assist.


 

In his six minutes of action in Game 3, Singh went perfect from everywhere on the court. He scored nine points, going 3-3 from the field while making his only 3-point attempt (buzzer-beating) and going 2-2 from the free-throw line.

Note: Singh's lone three came was a halftime buzzer-beater.

Singh's final series averages - 5.5 points and 1.0 rebound on 100.0% shooting in 4.0 minutes.
