Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons exits game vs. Utah Jazz with shoulder injury

Ben Simmons has been ruled out for the remainder of the Philadelphia 76ers' game against the the Utah Jazz with right shoulder soreness, the team announced. 

Simmons suffered the injury in the first quarter after making contact with Royce O'Neale, heading to the locker room. He did return to the game in the second quarter before being ruled out shortly after. 

Shams Charania of The Athletic added that Simmons has a "minor sprain of AC joint in right shoulder." He will reportedly be re-evaluated on Thursday.

Simmons had two points, two assists and one rebound in 10 minutes of action.
