Chris Paul is reportedly staying put.

According to Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes, Paul and the Phoenix Suns have agreed to a four-year deal worth $120 million.

Paul declined the player option worth $44 million on the final year of his previous contract, now reportedly earning $30 million on average through his age-40 season.

The 11-time All-Star was traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Suns, last offseason, looking to lead the franchise back to the playoffs for the first time in 10 years. Paul was incredible in his first season in Phoenix, averaging 16.4 points, 8.9 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game while helping the Suns achieve their first winning season since 2014.

Snapping a 10-year playoff drought in the process, Paul was able to advance to the second Conference Finals of his career. With averages of 24.0 points and 8.8 assists per game, Paul helped the Suns win the Western Conference title, moving on to the NBA Finals for the first time in his illustrious career.

Despite taking a 2-0 lead in the NBA Finals, Paul and the Suns lost four straight games to fall to the Milwaukee Bucks in the Finals.

The 36-year-old guard will now try and run it back with a young and promising squad that will look to compete for championships throughout the four-year duration of his new deal.
