The highly-anticipated Chicago Bulls 'The Last Dance' documentary is set to be brought forward and be released on April 19, according to The New York Post.

"ABC/ESPN's highly anticipated 10-part Michael Jordan documentary, "The Last Dance," is being moved up to April, The Post has learned.

"Sources said the start date will be Sunday, April 19. It was originally slated for June.

"ABC/ESPN plans to make an announcement on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, according to sources."

With sports league's around the world cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, fans stuck at home have been crying out for the documentary to drop sooner rather than later.

Even Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James joined the chorus, calling for the doco!

"If they release that thing right now, I'm telling you the viewers on that," James said on a recent episode of the 'Road Trippin' Podcast'.

"If I'm Michael Jordan I'm going on a conference call and I'm like 'what's the reason we're holding onto this until June?'"

The first episode will be released on April 19, while the schedule for the rest of the docuseries is yet to be announced.
