Joe Ingles has agreed to a contract extension with the Utah Jazz, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The Aussie small forward came to terms with the Jazz on a one-year, $14 million extension, keeping him under contract with the team through the 2021-2022 season.

Ingles is entering the third year of a $52 million deal, signed in the 2017 off-season.

Last season Ingles averaged 12.1 points, 5.7 assists and 4.0 rebounds on 44.8 percent shooting from the field and 39.1 percent from three, starting all 82 games in the regular season.

The 32-year-old is coming off an impressive off-season with the Australian National Team at the FIBA Basketball World Cup, helping the Boomers to a fourth-place finish.

After adding Mike Conley Jr. and Bojan Bogdanovic in the off-season, the re-tooled Jazz are looking to make a serious push in the Western Conference, with Ingles likely to move to the bench as the leader of the second unit.
