The Milwaukee Bucks will reportedly be without Khris Middleton for quite some time.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the one-time All-Star is expected to be sidelined for 3-to-4 weeks with a left thigh contusion.

Middleton suffered the injury in the third quarter of Milwaukee's win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday. He left the game with 10 points and did not return.

Middleton has been Milwaukee's second-leading scorer through 10 games this season with an average of 18.5 points per game. He's shooting 46.8 percent from the field and 39.3 percent from the 3-point line. The Bucks have been scoring at a rate of 110.3 points per 100 possessions with him on the court as opposed to 107.0 with him on the bench.

Middleton's injury could open up more minutes for George Hill, Donte DiVincenzo, Sterling Brown and Pat Connaughton.

The Bucks have gotten the 2019-20 season off to a strong start, winning seven of their first 10 games for the third-best record in the Eastern Conference. Additionally, they currently have the second-best net rating in the league, trailing only the Boston Celtics.
