Carmelo Anthony is set to make his NBA return, per reports.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Anthony has reached an agreement with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Wojnarowski added that the deal is non-guaranteed.

Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes reports that Portland's All-NBA point guard Damian Lillard was notified of the potential addition of Anthony and advocated his signing.

Anthony, 35, recently made headlines as he made it clear that he '2000 percent' wanted to still play in the NBA.

His wish will soon come true.

It's been over 365 days since Anthony last saw NBA action as his last appearance came with the Houston Rockets on Nov. 8, 2018, when he scored just two points in 20 minutes in a loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Anthony's short-lived stint in Houston lasted just 10 games as he averaged 13.4 points and 5.4 rebounds while shooting 40.5% from the field and 32.8% from beyond the arc.

The 10-time All-Star joins a hobbled Blazers team that has sputtered to a 4-8 start after making the Western Conference Finals just last year. Portland is set to begin a six-game road trip on Saturday as it visits the AT&T Center to take on the San Antonio Spurs.

More to come…
