Robert Horry is in India for the start of the NBA season and on Friday helped train some of the country's top basketball prospects at The NBA Academy India based in New Delhi.

Here are some behind the scenes photos of Horry's time with the academy on Friday posted on Instagram by Scott Flemming who is the Senior Director of Basketball Operations for NBA India.

A seven-time NBA champion with the Rockets, Lakers and Spurs, Horry is one of the most successful championship-winning players in NBA history. Only six players in league history - all members of the Celtics dynasty from the 1950s and 1960s - have won more rings than Horry who made a reputation as one of the most clutch shooters in postseason history.

This is Horry's second trip to India after previously coming over in 2012 to conduct a camp in Bangalore.

"I'm excited to return to India to work with some of the most promising talent the country has to offer and celebrate what will certainly be an electrifying NBA season. I understand the game has made huge strides since my last visit to India in 2012, and I can't wait to see this for myself."

Horry appeared on Sony Ten 1 and Sony Ten 3's NBA shows on Saturday and Sunday morning.
