Trevor Ariza's time with the Phoenix Suns is reportedly over.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Suns have traded the veteran to the Washington Wizards for Kelly Oubre Jr. and Austin Rivers.

The trade is expected to be completed later today.

Following four seasons with the Houston Rockets, Ariza signed a one-year, $15 million contract with the Suns this offseason. He's averaging 9.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game so far this season.

Ariza spent two seasons with the Wizards prior to joining the Rockets as a free agent in 2014.

The Wizards traded for Oubre, who was selected with the 15th overall pick by the Atlanta Hawks three years ago, in the 2015 NBA Draft. He's currently scoring a career-best 12.9 points per game this season to go along with 4.4 rebounds and 0.7 assists.

The Wizards traded Marcin Gortat to the LA Clippers for Austin Rivers this offseason. Rivers appeared in only 29 games with the franchise.

The Suns and Wizards came close to a three-team deal involving the Memphis Grizzlies last night, but some confusion over which of MarShon Brooks and Dillon Brooks was included in the trade led to it falling apart.
