NBA.com

The NBA Trade Deadline is one of the most exciting moments of the season for basketball fans.

Teams on the brink of playoffs will chase that missing piece to help get them over the line, while those just shy of contending will look to bolster their stocks.

A nervous time for players awaits as the NBA Trade Deadline approaches on February 8.

Players and fans will furiously refresh Twitter in the hopes of being the first to hear the news of the latest transactions.

The Deadline hits 10-days before the NBA All-Star Weekend, the earliest it has taken place.

With the deadline set to strike at 3pm ET, basketball fans in Australia hopeful of monitoring every move will need to endure a sleepless night.

The clock will bring transactions to a close in the early morning on Friday, February 8.
